                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM CHARLES H. SALSTRAND AND
                   NANCY K. SALSTRAND, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   76, TRACT NO. 142, DAYTONA HEIGHTS
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION
                   OF TWO HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($200.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Charles H. Salstrand and Nancy
       K. Salstrand, relative to Contract No. 76, Tract No. 142, Daytona 

       Heights Collection System, for a total consideration of $200.00.
